SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active-Learning for Young Aspiring Minds) is India's premier online learning platform providing free access to high-quality educational content. Launched on July 9, 2017 by the Ministry of Education, SWAYAM represents India's commitment to democratizing education and making world-class learning accessible to all. The platform hosts over 2,200 courses across diverse subjects including sciences, engineering, humanities, social sciences, commerce, and professional development. SWAYAM courses are developed by expert faculty from premier institutions including IITs, IIMs, UGC-funded universities, and NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning). Each course includes video lectures, lecture notes, assignments, and assessment materials.
